New Satisfaction Surveys

Ready to go

Tracker is already helping landlords deliver the new STAR survey from Housemark.

Tracker offers a choice between (A) a simple questionnaire based on just the seven core questions and (B) a larger questionnaire including additional questions from the recommended list and further questions set by the landlord.

Option A is the same for all tenant groups but for Option B there are five versions, each for a different tenant group (General Needs, Sheltered, etc).

Methodology

  • As once- or twice-yearly campaigns, rolling quarterly campaigns or monthly campaigns
  • By post, phone, online or face-to-face interview

Tracker Satisfaction Survey A (Replacing the Tracker Climate Survey)

  • The seven core STAR questions
  • A free-text 'Is there anything else you would like to comment on?' question (Optional)
  • A single questionnaire covering all tenant groups

Tracker Satisfaction Survey B (Replacing the STATUS Survey)

  • The seven core STAR questions
  • A free-text 'Is there anything else you would like to comment on?' question (Optional)
  • Personal profiling questions (Optional)
  • Household profiling questions (Optional)
  • Additional questions selected by the you from the recommended list of options (Optional)
  • Additional questions created by you (Optional)

Survey Costs

Housemark has published some benchmark cost indications: whichever survey or method you choose, you can trust that your costs will be lower if you use Tracker Suite.

It is interesting to note that, although the Tracker costs are lower for a phone survey than for the equivalent postal survey, once the client's own staff costs are included for conducting the telephone interviews (Housemark benchmark cost = £12.50 per interview) then the overall cost indicates that the postal method is still more cost-effective.
