OVERVIEW

The Arena Tracker Suite is a software solution for your specific use, accessible via a dedicated website and protected by industry-standard security measures.

It holds a database of your residents, updated regularly from your housing management system through an automated process. The Arena Tracker Suite is often described as a very easy-to-use portal for your staff to access key resident data.

Modules are available to support your teams managing: Resident Participation, Customer Satisfaction and Community Regeneration. There are opportunities for the software to be tailored to ensure it meets your specific needs.

The software enables your teams to increase their effectiveness and gives them outputs which can be used to drive strategy and measure progress.

The Arena Tracker Suites of all landlords are hosted together (but remain entirely separate), so we can generate consolidated Key Indicators and feed them back into your site in ‘real time’ for benchmarking purposes.

CASE NOTES

 

Landlord G saw that 1,287 out of 9,436 residents (14%) participated in some way during last year, covering 1,732 individual records and 15 different activities. They then drilled down through the data to identify participant profiles, and the pattern of activities.

 

Landlord C identified the staff hours required to support different activity programmes and other costs incurred, such as catering or resident travel expenses; this was then related to the impact achieved, to evaluate the value-for-money of each programme.
