The latest FREE updates to TPTracker software will be released in May and June 2017. These will include improvements to the Login process and the Profiles Module making it quicker to login, easier to navigate and giving you even more options for profiling your database.
Version 2017.1 releasing late May 2017
There will be no need to select ‘Group’, just enter your email and password and TPTracker will recognise you and direct you to the correct site.
We will be adding ‘Forgotten your password’ and ‘Forgotten your passphrase’ help buttons so you will not need to call your administrator to reset them for you.
PERSONAL DETAILS SCREEN – MORE FIELDS / MORE FLEXIBILITY
We will change the layout of the ‘Personal details’ screen (PROFILES > PEOPLE > VIEW > PERSONAL DETAILS) to make it even easier to navigate and add the option of including your own custom profiling fields so that key information will be instantly visible.
You will be able to create a large number of these custom fields to meet your needs and they can be in any format: Text field, Date field, Tick box or Dropdown list.
You will be able to rename the ‘Tenancy type’, ‘Landlord’, ‘Division’, ‘Area’ or ‘Local Authority’ fields so you can use them for whatever you wish and give them a name which reflects their use.
We will also add a facility to delete a record, not just to archive it, provided you have the necessary authorisation.

CLEARER VIEW – NOW JUST SEE THE TABS YOU USE
You will now have separate profiling tabs for Diversity, Disabilities, Economic status, Involvement preferences, Communication preferences and survey preferences (PROFILES > PEOPLE > VIEW > PROFILE). This will make it easier to hide any that you are not using or to add your own choice of custom fields to any of them.
You will also be able to hide the ‘Alternative contact’ tab if you don’t need it. Hiding any unused screens will keep your TPTracker as clean and simple to navigate as possible.
PROFILES AND REPORTS – WIDER RANGE OF OPTIONS
The filters available for creating your own bespoke reports (PROFILES > PROFILES AND REPORTS) will be only those that are active in your Profiles module. This will now include all the custom fields you have created giving you an even wider range of filter options for your analysis.
