Arena Partnership has been providing TPTracker® for Social Housing Providers software and services to the social housing sector since 2003.

In 2017 we added further options to our range of online software:

We started in UK Social Housing

The team initially worked closely with the UK Social Housing Sector (Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Arms Length Management Organisations) to support them in managing service delivery to their residents. The TPTracker® software range is currently used by over 50 social housing providers in the UK, and services nearly a million residents nationally.

It enables users to draw out Key Performance Indicators, show value for money, target service delivery, communicate effectively and improve customer satisfaction.

And now work with a wide range of customers

Our expanded range of software is now more widely available for use by commercial businesses, not-for-profit organisations and charities, social enterprises, or any organisation that needs a contact management system which is quick to set up, easy to use and will grow with them as their size and needs develop.

And if you need access to some external resource for delivering your customer satisfaction surveys we would be happy to discuss your needs and give you a quotation. Surveys can be conducted by post, phone, SMS, email or online in any combinations and driven by your customers’ preferred methods.
