We started in UK Social Housing
The team initially worked closely with the UK Social Housing Sector (Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Arms Length Management Organisations) to support them in managing service delivery to their residents. The TPTracker software range is currently used by over 50 social housing providers in the UK, and services nearly a million residents nationally.
It enables users to draw out Key Performance Indicators, show value for money, target service delivery, communicate effectively and improve customer satisfaction.

The TPTracker software is now more widely available for use by commercial businesses, not-for-profit organisations and charities, clubs and societies, social enterprises, or any organisation that needs a customer management system which is quick to set up, easy to use and will grow with them as their size and needs develop.
